Well, all I can say is Lawd have MERCY!!!
This is absolutely delicious. We enjoyed it yesterday in our Fourth of July celebration by the pool. It is mouthwatering!
It is definitely worth the splurge of a really good, rich cheese like St Andre, especially if the peaches are perfectly ripe and juicy!
